- Sponsors a weekly 70cm simplex net in 441MHz. The net includes On-the-Air news bulletings, local ham meetings, technical capsules related to the UHF band, and stations coverage test on an FM simplex propagation environment.    

- Provides One-on-One ham distant learning, discussion, orientation, and question answering related to the studying of the Amateur Radio Service license examination and upgrades for newcomers and licensed hams.  

- Help members on the selection, construction, and installation of their mobile and base ham radio stations.   

- Promote emergency communications drills, and disaster preparedness activities sponsored by the Puerto Rico Telecommunications Bureau and local ham groups.
