ESARC operates and maintains the linked analog K4BW 147.255+ repeater system. The main transmit antenna is located at the 154 foot level on the tower behind the former 911 Center in Accomac, VA and serves Accomack and Northampton Counties in Virginia, coverage extends to Worchester and Somerset Counties in Maryland. We operate and maintain the K4BW system of VHF repeaters in Accomac with linked receive sites in Mappsville VA, Craddockville VA and Accomac VA UHF repeater. ESARC also operates and maintains the KN4GE repeater in Eastville VA.  Join us for weekly Monday night ARES net 8:30 p.m. 147.255  + .6 Mhz  PL 156.7.

The club is active with Field Day, and members have a wide range of interests, including emergency communications, portable operations and all things amateur radio.  We invite any licensed amateur -- and non-licensed individuals interested in learning about ham radio, to stop by.  We will be activating for Winter Field Day January 28-29, 2023 at the Accomack County Emergency Operations Center.

The club meets every other month, 2nd Wednesday night at the Sage Diner in Onley, 6 pm for dinner 7 pm for meeting.  Next meeting March 8, 2023.  Many of us also meet for breakfast third Saturday morning monthly at the Sage Diner, 8:00 a.m. 2 egg, 2 toast and lots of hams!
