http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003192.htm Tremors can happen at any age but tend to be more common in older people. Everyone has some tremor when they move their hands. Stress, fatigue, anger, fear, caffeine, and cigarettes may temporarily make this type of tremor worse. Translation: Cut out the coffee and soft drinks. Only solder when you are well rested and have plenty of time to complete the task. Avoid discomforts like poor lighting. Some people are highly stressed by florescent lighting.
