Feedline for G5RV

I am needing to replace my feedline to a G5RV antenna. I'll be needing about 50 feet. Could you recommend a good one? Thanks kd5ilg |

If the original RG-58 worked well, RG-8X will provide slightly better signals on transmit though the SWR will be higher at the transmitter. I wouldn 't expect reception to improve with a more expensive coax. Zak Lau W1VT ARRL Senior Lab Engineer |
