Nylon monofilament line + end-fed

I have very limited space and difficult access to bring a coax cable into the house. An end-fed antenna for 10 meters is about the best I can do. But can I use nylon monofilament (of sufficient tensile strength) to support the wire antenna over my backyard? My transmitter is a Kenwood TS-520, with a pair of S2001 vacuum tubes (6146) as the final. |
