Would you participate in club events if

We are looking into why clubs in some areas have dwindling participation in local club events. The question is, would you participate more if: A club carried liability insurance? Freeing you of the worry of liabilities during such club events,fox hunts,club antenna and tower raising,ect. Does it matter to you whether it is an "Affiliated Club" or not. I'm a member of the FRRL in Aurora, IL. The club's liability insurance has not been a concern of mine, but I can see how it might be an issue for some. Also, since I support the ARRL, I prefer membership in an affiliated club. Good luck with your research! 73, Ron. |
