When I switched to prepaid, I had trouble activating my service, so I contacted h2o wireless customer support. The process wasn’t too bad, but I had to call twice to get the activation code to work. If you’re new to their plans, don’t skip reading the setup guide it saved me from more back-and-forth with support. Once the service kicked in, it’s been fine, but getting there was a bit bumpy. |
