The ARRL DXCC Department has announced a name change for ZL9, which will switch from “Auckland and Campbell Islands” to “New Zealand Subantarctic Islands.” This will not include The Snares or any islands claimed by New Zealand south of 60° S. Specifically, the Antipodes of New Zealand and the Bounty Islands of New Zealand will count for ZL9, the New Zealand Subantarctic Islands entity.

This is not a new or changed entity but a clarification of which islands count for the entity previously known as Auckland and Campbell Islands.
