The St. Augustine Amateur Radio Society (SAARS) holds monthly meetings as noted and sponsors a Volunteer Examiner group that conducts testing sessions every other month. Club Activities during the year include Winter and Summer Field days, Florida State Parks on the Air, International Lighthouse and Lightships Weekend, and Catillo de San Marco POTA activations.
