can endorsement stickers lost be acquired? I lost most of my stickers from 200 on up to 345 |

Yes, you can request replacement stickers. I've done it by snail mail, attention DXCC department and include an SASE. |

How many for the first sticker and how many for each stick above? 100; 150; 200, 250 ??? |

They are multiples of 50 (i.e. 150, 200,250...) for 40 - 10 and multiples of 25 on 160, 80, 6, 2, and satellite http://www.arrl.org/dxcc-rules It is under Section I Basic Rules, Paragraph 5
