To get started go to learn.arrl.org. If you have EVER logged into the Learning Center before, use the email address you used previously. If your login does not work, simply click the "forgot password" link. A link should come to your email address.

If you have NOT been on the ARRL Learning Center before, click SIGN UP in the upper right corner and follow the steps to get set up.

If you request a password, and you never get a link, it is possible you were never actually logged into the Learning Center before. Simply go through the SIGN UP process to get started.
